Shipping policy

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

• Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

• Customs, Duties, and Taxes:  Iznora is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

• International Shipping: Standard 7-15d / Express 5-8d / Free over $50. Please contact us for inquiries regarding other regions.
  
  
  

Restricted Regions & Legal Compliance

Gel blasters and replica/imitation products are restricted or prohibited in some countries, states, and cities, and the laws change frequently. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that the products they order are legal to import, own, and use at their delivery address before placing an order.

• We do not ship gel blasters to regions where we believe they are prohibited. In Australia, gel blasters are restricted in most states (including New South Wales, Victoria, Western Australia, South Australia, the ACT, Tasmania, and the Northern Territory) and are generally only lawful in Queensland.
• We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, refund, or decline to ship any order that we believe is destined for a restricted region, at our sole discretion.
• Orders seized, confiscated, delayed, or refused by customs or local authorities are not the responsibility of Iznora and may not be refundable.
