How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@iznora.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you a return label and detailed instructions within 24 hours.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories included.
- Drop off the package at the nearest carrier location.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Eligibility
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and free gifts must be included.
- Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless arrived defective.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll send a replacement or full refund — no return required.
