Please read this page in full before purchasing. By placing an order with Iznora, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to everything below.

1. These are recreational products — not real firearms

Iznora sells gel blasters and replica/collectible accessories for recreational use only. Gel blasters fire small, soft, water-absorbent gel beads. They are not firearms and are not designed to cause serious harm. They are intended solely for backyard target practice and organised skirmish games on private or approved fields.

The orange/blaze muzzle tip and any markings that identify the item as a toy or replica must never be removed, painted over, shortened, or altered. Doing so may be illegal in your area and is extremely dangerous, as it can make the product look like a real firearm.

2. Age requirement

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Iznora.
  • These products are not suitable for children under 14.
  • Anyone under 18 must only use the product under direct adult supervision.

3. Mandatory safety rules

  • ALWAYS wear impact-rated eye protection (safety goggles) when operating or standing near a blaster in use. Gel beads can cause serious eye injury.
  • Never aim at the face, eyes, head, or at any person or animal who is not a willing participant wearing protection in a game.
  • Treat every blaster as if it is loaded at all times.
  • Keep the safety on and your finger off the trigger until ready to fire.
  • Use only manufacturer-approved gel beads. Never modify the product to increase its power or velocity (FPS).
  • Store the product and beads safely and out of reach of young children.

4. Public conduct — read carefully

  • Never carry, display, brandish, or use these products in any public place — including streets, parks, schools, public transport, shops, or vehicles in public.
  • Never point at, threaten, or intimidate any person with these products. Even though the item is not a real firearm, doing so may be treated as a serious criminal offence (such as an armed or aggravated offence) by police and courts.
  • Use only on private property you control, or at a licensed/approved field, with the permission of the owner.
  • When transporting, keep the product unloaded and concealed inside a bag or case — never visible in public.

5. Legal compliance is the buyer’s responsibility

Laws covering gel blasters and replica/imitation firearms vary widely by country, state, province, and city, and they change frequently. It is your responsibility to confirm that these products are legal to import, own, and use at your delivery address before you order.

These items are restricted or prohibited in many areas, including (this list is not exhaustive):

  • Australia: Gel blasters are classified as firearms or prohibited/imitation weapons in most states — including New South Wales, Victoria, Western Australia, South Australia, the ACT, Tasmania, and the Northern Territory. They are generally only lawful in Queensland, and importing them into Australia may require a permit and can be seized by Customs.
  • United Kingdom: Realistic imitation firearms are regulated under the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006; their sale and import may be restricted.
  • United States: Federal law requires a permanent blaze-orange muzzle marking, and some states and cities (for example California and New York City) impose additional restrictions.
  • Many other countries and regions may restrict or prohibit these items entirely.

We may cancel, refuse, refund, or decline to ship any order where we believe the product is restricted at the destination. Orders seized, confiscated, or refused by customs or authorities are not the responsibility of Iznora and may not be refundable.

Information for Australian customers

We are happy to serve customers in Australia, but the law on gel blasters is strict and varies by state. Please read this before ordering:

  • Gel blasters are only legal in Queensland (QLD). They are prohibited or restricted in New South Wales, Victoria, Western Australia, South Australia, the ACT, Tasmania, and the Northern Territory.
  • To order a gel blaster to an Australian address you must be 18 or older and located in Queensland. By placing the order, you declare that this is true and that the product is legal for you to own and use.
  • Gel blaster orders to any Australian state other than Queensland will be cancelled and refunded. We may contact you to confirm your state or territory before we ship.
  • Imports into Australia may still be inspected and, in rare cases, held by Customs. Any duties, inspections, or seizures are the customer’s responsibility, as set out above.
  • Keychains and non-firing accessories are generally available across Australia, but you remain responsible for confirming they are legal in your area.

6. Assumption of risk & limitation of liability

The use of gel blasters and related products carries inherent risks of injury or property damage. By purchasing and using them, you voluntarily assume all such risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iznora and its owners, employees, and partners are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, legal penalty, fine, or seizure arising from the purchase, possession, misuse, or unlawful use of these products. Our liability is limited as set out in our Terms of Service. You agree to indemnify Iznora against any claims arising from your misuse or unlawful use of the products.
